Research On Cyclic Economy Of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park

Cyclic economy is an economic concept which takes efficient use of resources and recycling as the core, to "reduce, reuse, recycling" as the principle and low consumption, low emission, high efficiency rate as the basic features. It is a sustainable development growth model and is becoming a major trend in the international community.In this article, the definition of cyclic economy and the concept foundation both for theory and economic are described, also the development of cyclic economy in foreign and China is discussed. And combined with the specific circumstances of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, the fundamental of cyclic economy theory (5 integrity area:product project integrity, utility integrity, logistic integrity, environment protection integrity and management service integrity), industry chain nodes, as well as the centralized supply system in the Park is studied. Also the technology analysis for the typical enterprise(Secco, Bayer, BASF, Tianyuan etc) are made, Based on the study, the major problems encountered in the further development of cyclic economy are raised and several appropriate measures are also proposed.
