Eco-Industrial Park is a major breakthrough of economic and environmentally sustainable development explored by human when they face they under the pressure of worsening global resource consumption and environmental pollution.Eco-industrial park is an important carrier to achieve circular economy which complies with the principle of reduction reuse,recycle of circular economy, so the development of eco-industrial park is trend of the economic development and environmental protection of industrial park.This paper takes Hengyang Pine Industrial Park for example, explores the construction of ecological park of the brine and fine chemicals industry, with a view to promote the construction in Hengyang pine eco-industrial park, and hope to provide valuable reference for other eco-industrial park construction in areas.Text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter emphasizes the research background and significance, introduces the basic concept of the Eco-Industrial Park, brine and fine chemicals, the status and trends of the domestic and international eco-industrial park development. Chapter two comprehensively emphasizes the recycling economy, clean production and other related theories used by the domestic and international eco-industrial park development, introduces the relevant practice. The third chapter introduced the basic situation of Hengyang Pine Industrial Park. Through the analysis of the brine and fine chemicals industrial park project, the third chapter explores the ecological models and the innovative of brine and fine chemical industry park construction, summed up two modes suitable for ecological construction and development:the model of brine fine chemical industry cluster development and the "eco" model of cycle of economic theory to guide industrial park.
