According to the theory of RBV and Organizition learning,the learning behavor can help coporates to establish competitive advantages. With the growing competition in the market, relatioship resources begin to attract more attention from managers and scholars. Relationship Learning, which combines the impact of organization learning and relationship marketing, is becoming a new focus in the academic area. This research depends on the results of a number of foreign researchs to find the impact of relationship behavor in chinese industrial market.The findings are followed:(1)Trust,relationship commit,persistent,stength and fairness of the relationship all have a positive impact on suppliers and customers,and there are some significent defferences between suppilers and customers;(2)Suppliers can get more direct benefits from relationship learning; (3) Absorbtive capability has a moderating effect on the relationship between relationship learning and innovation capacity, and the effect on suppliers is stronger than on customers.
