Brief Discussion On Cross-Culture Communication Management

Since 80s,20th century, more and more Multinational Corporation has started investment in Chinese market. During this period, the middle and high level managers changed greatly, at the beginning, HQ dispatched all managers, but currently, nearly all middle managers are from local or regional person, even some high level managers. But, followed this localization and regionalization, the management communication problem between foreign and Chinese mid/high level managers is becoming more and more serious.In view of this background, this article bases on SSH-Austria AS group branch hydraulic hose production company in Shanghai, indentifies the conception and function of Management Communication, Culture, Culture Dimension; and then, start from SSH organization construction, the article introduces the management communication problems; further step, compared with Austria and Chinese business culture differences, through writer's analyze and positive analysis, the article discusses the reasons cause SSH production management communication problem; finally, the article offers suggestion and improving method.
