The development of corporate culture is a product of economic and social development to a certain stage. With the arrival of the economic globalization and knowledge economy, corporate culture in the enterprise plays a more and more important role, outstanding corporate culture can have a profound impact on the enterprise development strategy, continue to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Because of the different national geographic, economic, political and religious background, in the long history of slowly, their respective evolve along different paths, led to a huge difference in the respective traditional national culture, the cultural differences in irrigation in the enterprise management form of corporate culture. It is because the national cultural traditions are not the same, the enterprise management all over the world value orientation, management mode and style characteristics showed a great difference, so theory and related transnational enterprises pay more attention to the research on the enterprise culture of different countries.With China’s accession to the WTO, foreign investment and foreign influx of our country, a number of multinational companies and joint venture enterprises have mushroomed appear. The cultural conflict in transnational cooperation has become more and more obvious. At the same time, in our country government of "going out" policy to encourage and support under, more and more domestic enterprises by foreign investment and set up factories and joint venture, the fully penetrated into international competition in the market, and the Chinese companies will inevitably encounter because of cultural differences and contributed to hinder the enterprise management, therefore the recognition of national culture difference and integration has become in our country has been going out or was about to go out of business may not be not to pay attention to the problem. Based on this, this paper attempts to China, Japan, the United States of different enterprise culture characteristic and the cultural management mode through comparative analysis, through some typical cases to in-depth study and discussion, summed up the Enlightenment on the management of enterprise culture in our country, finally proposed based on cultural integration of corporate culture management strategy. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. This part mainly expounds the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research review, research ideas, methods and the innovation of this paper. Through to the domestic and foreign enterprise culture and literature analysis, we found that researches on corporate culture both at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in the study of enterprise culture theory and cross enterprise culture management research in these two aspects, but the corporate culture and positive content of more, explore the cultural factors analysis of enterprise management role less. Therefore, the system reveals the influence of enterprise culture on enteiprise management and enterprise management provide cross enterprise culture and the realistic management matching the best mode is to explore this question is this article innovation.The second part is the basic theory of corporate culture. This part mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of corporate culture, the function of enterprise culture and the theory of enterprise culture management. First elaborated the domestic and foreign scholars, the definition of enterprise culture, draws a conclusion that corporate culture is long-term, overall, inheritance, innovation, unique and inspiring. At last, expounds the content of cross culture management theory, in order for the subsequent chapters lay a theoretical basis.The third part is the Sino Japanese corporate cultural characteristics and the typical case analysis. In this part, the characteristics of corporate culture in China, Japan and the American are analyzed, and the typical enterprise cases are selected to carry on the auxiliary certificate.
