The relationship between China's enterprises and the world is becoming closer since21st century.However,whether foreign companies come to China for business,or Chinese companies go abroad,an unavoidable problem is how to successfully manage cross-cultural management communications when faced with different cultures from different countries and regions.Many multinational companies have confronted with this problem during operation and manufacture,and how to deal with this problem effectively is the key to a company's success.After the theoretical analysis of related factors and suggestions of cross-cultural management communications,Country-Culture-Model,Confucian Dynamism and Harmony-Cooperation-Theory,this paper figure out the reasons of potential problems of cross-cultural management communications.After interviews and literature research,this paper finds out the unstable factors behind the organization structure and channels of cross-cultural management communications of Company A,and summary its potential problems.The results show that the power distance of Company A is small in low management level,but large in high management level.What's more,the degrees of uncertainty avoidance and masculinity are large,and Company A leans towards individualism and long-term orientation.The reasons behind are:?1?The gaps of thinking mode and cultural value are both large between foreign management and Chinese employees;?2?Lack of common core value;?3?Lack of informal management communication channels;?4?High label mobility.Finally,this paper puts forward the solutions based on these problems,including:?1?Build up a unified core value inside the enterprise;?2?Create an atmosphere that encourages communication;?3?Create diversified channels of cross-culture communications;?4?Improve the communication skills of managers;?5?Increase the ratio of Chinese managers inside the company;?6?Use euphemism properly;?7?Offer the employees necessary training.
