Astudy On Influence Of Transportation On County Economy In Hubei Province

Currently, with the international financial crisis, CPC Central Committee and State Council made to further expand domestic demand, ensure the people's livelihood, improve infrastructure, develop agriculture and county economy, promote steady and rapid economic growth of 10 to address the financial crisis. These initiatives are different from Europe's and the United States's and other countries'relevant policies, who is based on China's basic national conditions. One of the reason, is the imbalance in our county economic development. The economic development level of many counties'economic in China is low, so there is a huge space for development. Based on this fundamental reality, the beneficial decisions have made to adjust the structure of economic growth by the central government. These decisions are not only provide a strong support for steady development of county economic and boost the deep market potential of domestic demand in response to financial crisis, but also bring an unique opportunity for the further development of the county economy. How to coordinate the county economy is an important task in the development of our country.The development of transportation has contributed more to pull and promote the county economic of hubei province. The paper made a systematic exposition and evaluation about the related theory domestic and abroad. Based on a brief introduction of transportation and county economic of Hubei province, the paper analyzed the transport impact on the development of county economic from the angle of macro and micro, pointed out the transportation is not only to promote the growth of county economy's GDP, but also lay the foundation to strengthen the external economic ties, adjust the industrial restructure, promote the development of urbanization in many ways and the coordinated development of county economic, and make the quantitative analysis for the transport of Hubei Province to promote the development of county economy.The paper will make the positive analysis on correlation between the transport of hubei province and the county economic, by using the canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, the paper performed antitative analysis on the impact of transportation to industrial structure. It concluded that: there are significant correlation between the transport of hubei province and the county economic. On the other hand, by using the multiple regression analysis, studied respectively the impact about the transport of hubei province on the county's GDP, total retail sales, proportion of non—agricultural industries and the level of urbanization, it concluded that they had a positive correlation.Finally, through the comprehensive analysis of the quantitative research findings, the paper presents the policy suggestions on how to coordinate the transportation and county economic in Hubei Province, and based on the full use of the characteristics resources of county, advances the proposals to promote the coordination of the economic and the county's characteristics industries.
