Influence On Economic Sustainable Development By Income Of Labor

Emerging Economy of China has become the focus of world attention both in speed and scale for the past 32 years since Chinese reform and open, while the research on different factors about Chinese economic development turns into the emphasis of Economic Approach. Along with the development of national economy, our country citizen's disposable income upgrades constantly coupled with high level of standard of living. However, the situation owes much to the price advantage based on cheep labor. In other words, not all the labors can get due earnings from the ever-increasing economic pie. Income allocation structure of our country is unreasonable, and the gap between the rich and the poor has the tendency that continues to expand greatly. Relative to economic increment, the income level declined constantly. On a long view, the highly developing economy in China can not be depended on the current industrial structure and distribution pattern. The mode of extensive form and low added value form is harmful to Chinese sustainable development. This paper tries to research the effect to economic sustainable development by income with positive analysis, and offers proposals in the aspects of increasing income, bridging the gap, changing the industrial structure for economic sustainable development.There are six sections in the paper:Section one firstly concern the current situation of economic development and the low income of our country, it also shows the characteristic of our labors'income, and defines the concept of laborer income from economic sustainable development. Secondly, the paper reviews some research achievement by scholars both in domestic and overseas.Section two firstly analyze the current situation of laborer income based on our country's basic condition, and then explain the situation from the following 4 aspects:the increment speed of income is lower than labor force; the proportion of gross payroll decreased in GDP; the proportion of expenditure decreased in GDP; the speed of unit labor cost declines slowly. Section three analyze the cause of formation of low income from the aspects in history, export-oriented economy, excess supply in labor market, low educational level of migrant workers and weak labor unions.Section four analyzes the effect to economic development by labors'income from principles of economics and practice.Section five makes positive analysis with our current economic situation on the effect to economic development by income.The last section offers a proposal and works out the summary.
