Study On The Regional Dissimilarity Of The Contribution Of Farmland Conversion To Economic Growth In Shaanxi Province

Farmland conversion is a inevitable phenomenon during the process of economic development and urbanization.Since the externality of land use,the control of government is especially important.But the government master the regulation and regional dissimilarity of farmland conversion insufficiently.Especially when formulating land use planning,there is no credible analysis and scientific basis. This paper, which took Shaanxi Province as example, first analysed the relativity between farmland conversion and economic growth of Shaanxi Province.Then with the help of the data of Shaanxi province,this paper calculated the contribution rate of Shaanxi Province,Guanzhong,Shannan and Shanbei,and analysed the dissimilarity.Based on this,this paper studied in a deepgoing way the factor which lead to the dissimilarity of contribution rate.Finally,according to the analysing,this paper put forward correlative policy and proposal,which provide reference for the control of farmland conversion and allocating land resources reasonably.There is six chapters in this paper.In chapter one,the research background,objection and meaning were introduced.Then reviewed the trends about the farmland conversion both home and aboard. Finally,the possible innovations were given.Chapter two summarized the the farmland conversion.Based on defining the correlative concept of farmland conversion,this chapter gave the definition of farmland conversion.The expounded the essence,basic way,measurement method,which laid the foundation of the following analysis.In chapter three,general situation of farmland conversion and economic growth in Shaanxi Province were introduced.Analysed the economic growth and farmland conversion of Shaanxi Province,Guanzhong,Shannan and Shanbei;analysed the relativity between farmland conversion and economic growth of Shaanxi province.Chapter four calculated the contribution rate of farmland conversion to economic growth.Through comparing some of the methods,choosed the C-D production function to calculate the contribution rate.In chapter five, the dissimilarity of the contribution rate was analysed.First,calculated the contribution rate of Guanzhong,Shannan and Shanbei,at the same time,estimated the contribution rate of the eleven cities',which is located in the three regions.Then,analysed the dissimilarity situation of the contribution rate;Finally,according to the dissimilarity of some factors such as geographical position,the economic development level in the three regions of Shaanxi Province,analysed the influence factors of the dissimilarity of farmland conversion to economic growth in Shaanxi Province.Chapter six is conclusion and suggestion.According to the above analysis,a conclusion was drawn.and this chapter put forward the policy and proposal to control the farmland conversion reasonably,increase the contribution rate of farmland conversion to economic growth,promote the harmonious development of economy in Shanxi Province.
