Supply chain is a new organizational model which initiated by international communities in the past two decades. It is a dynamic, new enterprise network model. The core problem of it is how to adapt to the changing dynamic process during the competing cooperative relationships, and the purpose is to promote the supply chain system from the orderly replacement of chaotic evolution to a higher level in order to give full play to the advantages of the whole supply chain and make the competitive advantage to a sustainable and harmonious development. From the organizational ecology theory point of view, supply chain can be compared to the ecological system. Its peripherals are surrounded by many ecological and non-ecological environmental factors, and node enterprises in it are high degree of similarity with biological beings, which are not only show the biological characteristics, such as growth, environmental adaptation, and life-cycle, but also rational features, such as positive, dynamic, intelligent. The ecological system constituted by rational "living" lives which are gradually shows complex, self-innovation, co-existence, co-evolution characteristics in the face of increasingly complex and changing dynamic environment. The article demonstrates the realizable of the symbiotic relationship in the supply chain enterprises improve the overall efficiency by using of logistic growth model. We can see that by analyzing from the point of organizational evolution, supply chain system has gone through four stages of evolution, develop, grow, mature, self-renewal or decline; and during the different stages of dynamic evolution, the key to the success and the core tasks of the supply chain are different. Along with the continuous evolution of the supply chain, the system of symbiotic state also shows a certain evolution, generally speaking, two directions. One is the elevation of the distribution symmetry of the symbiotic value, which means from parasitic stateâ†'asymmetric reciprocal symbiosisâ†'symmetric reciprocal symbiosis; the other is the improvement of the organization degree and the increase of the evolution, which is the point symbiotic sisâ†'intermittent symbiosisâ†'continuous symbiosisâ†'integration symbiotic. Based on Dissipative Structure Theory, this study suggests that the dynamic evolution of the supply chain is the result of the self-organization and the environmental choice, and the self-organization is the internal mechanism and the fundamental driving force, while the environment choice is the external mechanism. From the perspective of the evolution of the supply chain, this study analyzes the exchange mechanism of the function flow from the material exchange, information exchange, knowledge dissemination and sharing, cultural exchange. Based on this, it proposes the measures to improve the exchange the function flow. Meanwhile, the study re-emphasize the organization ecology laws of supply chain evolution.
