On The Cluster Evolution Of Creative Industries From The Organizational Ecology Perspective

In recent years, the creative industry in China's booming development, making great contribution to economic growth. Early2011, China's12th five-year plan has spent the first space bigger paper to promote development and prosperity of culture, and promote national cultural soft power. Provinces and cities and regions also have pointed out to the development of creative industry, making it into pillar industry.in their own12th five-year plan. Cluster is the inevitable trend of the development of creative industry. Governments of all regions have realized this and planned to promote the development of creative industry. At present, in the background of knowledge economy, the development of creative industry cluster has the extremely vital significance in strengthening the national cultural soft power, construction of innovative city. At present, the research about the creative industry has become the focus of concern of government, the society and the academic issues.Parts of the creative industry cluster appeared and the surrounding environment are not harmonious, meanwhile, creative industry cluster enterprise internal relationship between uncongenial situations, resulting in the waste of resources. Based on the background, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign in related research results, and on the basis of the biology organization ecological theory and the traditional cluster theory, combined with the evolution of the creative industry cluster to make the following research. Firstly this paper analyzes the creative industry cluster organization of ecological system characteristic and the living environment. Creative industry clusters in the formation and development process, within a cluster creative subject and related enterprise many constantly and the surrounding environment for interaction, it develops into the process of complete formats formed the whole ecological system, namely the creative industry cluster organization of the ecological system. Secondly, this paper summarizes the evolution process of the creative industry cluster of law and power. Creative industry cluster ecological system as a whole, are similar with biological community, the genetic variation, the law of natural selection, in the course of evolution, show with shape, with imitation compulsory form, with shape and standard features, the microstructure evolution of power comes from the market competition, system standard and knowledge innovation. Finally, in the classical Logistic model with innovation factor, the creative industry cluster evolution of the balance between the internal and external conditions. Creative industry cluster the enterprise inside have different relations:competition relationship, and mutual benefit relationship of upstream and downstream of the relationship. For different relations of the enterprise, the evolution of the balance between the condition is different. Cluster surroundings is uncertain, so must follow flexible variable, and knowledge, reaction timely and sensitive local adjustment principle can reach the external balance.
