In the times which is characteristic of globalization, information and knowledge, the increasingly fierce competitive environment makes for competitive advantage of companies is the key to survival and development. While the development of normalization, science and technology make that the traditional reliance on external environment and market structure no longer easy to obtain competitive advantage. In this case, the enterprises can only to searcher for the internal competitive advantage. Based on the point of Endogenous competitive advantage, competitive advantage comes from heterogeneous resources and capabilities own, obtaining competitive advantage can be defined the process of heterogeneous enterprise resources and capacity effectively used and played.With the deepening of China's reform and openness, China's enterprises will inevitably face up to the impact of international capital, technology, management, human resources and so on. If Chinese enterprises want to survive at such challenge, they must seek for its own resources and capacity advantages. As the best tool of corporate acquisition, updating resources and capabilities and confronting, organizational learning becomes more and more important in the daily activities of enterprises. Enterprise Strategy Execution is specific behavior and technology used to integrate business resources and capabilities that make other strategic objectives completed which help companies establish and maintain their competitive advantage under any circumstances. This article is based on the view of endogenous competitive advantage, making analysis of the relationships among organizational learning, strategic execution and competitive advantage, exploring the influence of strategic execution of organizational learning into competitive advantage in the process of organizational learning to competitive advantage.This article firstly make systematic review of previous references on organizational learning, and sort out the relationships among organizational learning, strategic execution, and competitive advantage; On this basis, build the theoretical model of the relationships among organizational learning, strategic execution and competitive advantage, and make questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province which are the most representative, then validate the theoretical model and assumptions. The results show that:organizational learning on have significant impact strategic execution, which means the more study and practice are, the better of implementation of business strategy; The promotion of execution of business strategy will have a significant impact on access of enterprises' competitive advantage; Although the organizational learning activities will have a significant impact on competitive advantage, but is still affected by strategy execution.At last, the results of empirical analysis to this article further discusses and extends the results of empirical analysis, then make a systematic summary of the theory of the theoretical development and practice Implications made in this article and put forward the shortage of this study and the outlook for further research.
