To obtain sustainable competitive advantage is the key to the survival and development of enterprises, the dynamic environment of modern society, enterprises are faced with the challenge, how to obtain and tap the enterprise itself and the development of enterprises can make the competitive advantage become more important. Non-technological innovation is a modern enterprise, especially the service industry needs to pay attention to the innovation field, and even to some extent, the non technological innovation plays a vital role in the development of an enterprise. This makes the research on how to get the theory of sustainable competitive advantage in the non technological innovation, and become a new hotspot in the research of strategic management theory. In the fast changing information environment, enterprises must continuously enhance their adaptive ability, and the adaptability of adaptive ability will depend on the organization learning and memory of enterprises to some extent.In this paper, we choose non technological innovation(in this paper, only the organization and market innovation) as the intermediate variables of the relationship between organizational learning, organizational memory and enterprise sustainable competitive advantage. Enterprises in Shanghai, Suzhou, Kunshan and other regions of Shanghai as a sample, through the questionnaire, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the rationality of the proposed hypothesis. Empirical research results show that: organizational learning, organizational memory is an important factor in the acquisition of competitive advantage of enterprises, non technological innovation is the study of organizational learning, organizational memory and organizational sustainable competitive advantage of the variable. Because most enterprises are passively adapt to the environment, make the organization flexible enterprise can not significantly improve the competitive advantage and continuous competitive advantage; through path analysis, try to study the organizational learning and memory through technology innovation is the sustainable competitive advantage and the degree of organizational learning and memory itself directly to the sustainable competitive advantage of the impact analysis that current enterprise can enhance organizational learning, organization attaches great importance to the role of memory, thereby enhancing the ability of enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, realize the sustainable development of enterprises; moreover, the enterprises should pay attention to the important role of non technological innovation, through the "soft innovation" enterprise "soft power", to gain competitive advantage, finally to enhance the comprehensive strength of the enterprise purpose.
