In today's world,with the dramatic changes in the internal and external environment of the country and the region,the global economic development trend is relatively weak,and the Chinese economy has also shifted from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth.The pressure of survival and development of enterprises is gradually increasing,and employees are increasingly becoming the most valuable assets of the company.Enterprises are no longer only committed to pursuing low-cost,high-efficiency management models,but gradually turn to the emphasis on employee work behavior and work attitude.The individual factors of employees are the main factors affecting the work engagement of employee,followed by organizational factors.The so-called individual factors generally refer to the employees' own cognition,ability and motivation.For individual factors,employees' perceptions of self-ability at work have an important impact on the level of work commitment.Organizational factors generally refer to the impact of organizational climate,environment,and nature.For organizational factors,the impact of organizational climate on work engagement is undoubtedly the most prominent.On the basis of the above theory,the theoretical model of organizational atmosphere,self-efficacy and work engagement of employee is constructed.Therefore,it analyzes the mechanism of the organizational atmosphere and the mechanism of work engagement of employee in the environment,and the mechanism of the impact of organizational climate on self-efficacy,and explores whether there is a mediating effect between self-efficacy and organizational climate and work engagement.This paper distributes questionnaires to employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang and Shanghai,and recovers and screens 291 valid questionnaires.The statistical analysis method is used to demonstrate and test the research hypotheses,and relevant conclusions are drawn.The conclusions of this paper show that:(1)organizational atmosphere has a significant positive impact on work engagement of employee,The management style and interpersonal relationship under the dimension are significantly and positively related to the dedication,vitality and concentration under the work engagement dimension.(2)The organizational style and the management style and interpersonal relationship under the dimension have a significant positive impact on self-efficacy.(3)Self-efficacy has a partial intermediary role in the organizational atmosphere and the mechanism of work engagement.
