Issues And Exploration About Industry Upgrade Of The County Economy In Shaodong County In Hunan Province

Since the reform and opening-up, with the rapid development of China's economy, the county economy has made increasingly important contributions to the regional economic development, which has made strong impetus to regional economic integration into the global production system, as well as the process of global competition. In this paper, taking the economy in Hunan Shaodong domain as example, we focused on the central problem of industrial upgrading, which can improve the county's economy of Shaodong domain as well as the development of regional economy and county economic theory.The text contains four chapters.In the first part, we briefly study the purpose and significance, research trends from domestic and intonation, as well as the main research contents and methods.In the second part, to carry on the theoretical analysis from industrial upgrading's connotation, the determining factor, the promotion way and the industrial upgrading comes to the county territory economy's promotion effect to the industrial upgrading.In the third part, through the statement of county territory economy as well as the outline of its development since the 16th National People's Congress, we has carried on the limits to the statement of county territory economy as well as its characteristic.In the fourth part, we state the Shaodong County territory economical development, which is the as industrial upgrading, mainly from three aspects, the agriculture, the industry as well as the tertiary industry, to analysis, pointing out the existed question in Shaodong County territory economical development.In the fifth part, in view of the generalized analysis, take the Shaodong County territory economy as example, proposing the measure of the middle area county economical upgrading as well as the policy system research..
