Study On The Mode And Policies Of Shenyang Eco-industry

Natural resources and ecological environment are the basic conditions for human survival and development. The worsing conditions of them have made eco—industry the focus of the world. As the old industrial base of the northeast China, Shenyang, who is called the eldest son of PRC, has contributed a lot for the industrialization of our country.But now,he is facing serious challenges of the coordinated development of resources, environment and economy. Research on a suitable mode for Shenyang eco—industry is a very important issue with great practical and theoretical values.On the basis of researches of the state of Shenyang and modes of eco-industry from domestic and foreign scholars, this paper researches the mode and policies of Shenyang eco-industry surrounding the main line "selecting an appropriate mode for Shenyang eco-industry". The main contents are as following:Chapter One introduces the backgrounds, the meanings, the contents and research methods, the new ideas and insufficiencies of the paper; Chapter Two introduces the definitions, theories and the interrelated researches of the eco-industry at home and abroad; Chapter Three is an analysis of the state of Shenyang eco-industry. After a simple description of Shenyang eco-industry, the paper deeply analysis the conditions of it with SWOT analysis. Then an analysis of its influencing factors. Chapter Four summarizes three modes of eco-industry in domestic and international academic fields. Chapter Five creatively proposes the mode of Shenyang eco-industry:Mode of Regional Eco-industrial With Multiple Structure on the basis of Shenyang's state. The construction sketches and its supporting systems are also researched. Chapter Six, on the basis of foregoing researches, this chapter puts forward eight policies and suggestions about the development of Shenyang eco-industry.
