Research On The Allocation Of Health Resources And Over-treatment Problems

In this paper, we study the problem of difficulty and high cost medical service that existing on the current health care reform. Based on system theory and modeling of multi-Agent technology, we establish social health insurance system model and analyze the communication mechanism between the agent. We also provide a new framework to the study of problems breed by the complex operating mechanism within the system. Based on system dynamics theory and game theory, we establish urban health care seeking behavior model and overtreatment dynamics system game model to study the structural imbalance of medical treatment and overtreatment problems. To test our model, we conduct some simulations of countermeasures, which shows that our model can alleviate the problem of difficulty and high cost medical service and make the health care system run effectively.
