The Study About Optimizing Spatial Distribution Of Rural Settlements And Mode Selection

With the deepening development of urbanization and industrialization, our country is faced with shortage of construction land supply, arable land shortage problem of limited land resources at an ever-increasingly faster speed. Optimizating of rural residents, improving farmers' production and living conditions and methods, and exploring effective mode options, are very important.It helps to realize intensive land use and ease the contradiction of insufficient land. It helps to balance urban and rural development and promote the urbanization process.It helps to improve the village looks and improve farmers' quality of life. With the continuous development of urban and rural economy, the distribution of the settlement issue has caused wide concern and becomes an important research topic of land science. With Jincheng City of Shanxi Province as an example, by means of statistical analysis and application of urban Fractal theory as a guide, the author studies the optimization distribution and mode selection of rural residents.This paper includes the following content: (1)mainly expounding the objectives of the study and significance of specified background and main contents and methods of study and research, making an analysis of the concept and scope of the research objects and define, and proposing the main idea of the article.(2)with the literature analysis, the author introduced the general situation of domestic related research and practiced at home and abroad, made a brief discussion of rural residents in Jincheng City of Shanxi Province, and cleared the starting point of the paper.(3) the author studied on the regional situation and the general condition of research on regional development of rural residents, focused to find the status quo of rural residents in Shanxi Jincheng distribution pattern and studied on the planning and construction of influencing factors of rural residents, division of settlements organized under the mode of influencing radius.(4) the author analyzed the present distribution pattern of rural residents in jincheng city,introducted Fractal theory and analysis of the status quo arrangement characteristics, classified of rural residential development,drawed the priority rating system layout, and determined mode selection.The paper reached the following conclusions by studying the above content: (1) Based on the rural residential spatial and temporal distribution status and influence factors of qualitative and quantitative determination of distribution pattern of rural residents.(2)The author introducted Fractal theory in cities, and used the fractal dimension of urban development indicators in rural residential optimization study. It's not only the traditional Fractal theory study on the macroscopic urban location and complexity of micro individual settlements border.(3) The author proposed different types of rural residential spatial distribution optimization Scheme from a macro, point of view and microeconomic establishment of rural residents'distribution system.
