Facility agriculture is a very important part of agricultural modernization in our country, which has gradually began to affect the distribution pattern of the agriculture.As a carrier of facility agriculture, land of facility agriculture has been widely focused because of its special land use type and the unique way of production. This paper attended to recognize the distribution pattern of the facility agricultural land, analyst the factors affecting the distribution pattern and make basic models and theory framework by analyzing the data of the agriculture production and the land of facility agriculture. Specific conclusions are as follows:(1) The facility agriculture of our country is structured by the Huang-Huai-Hai Region, the southeast coast, Sichuan Basin, the Northeast and Northwest constitution, of which more than 60% of the country’s facility agriculture located in the Huang-Huai-Hai Region. Although the concentration index of facility agriculture is declining overall which means that the distribution pattern tends to be balanced, but it still shows a high concentration trend.(2)The constitution of land of facility agriculture are not always the same, the greenhouse proportion in metropolitan area is significantly higher than in other regions. Overall, the type of facility agricultural land fits the temperature conditions, withthe insulation performance grew insulation gradually with the latitude. In anywhere it spread from center to around.(3) Based on the characteristics of facility agricultural land distribution pattern above, the factors were divided into the natural environment and the socio-economic factors, andanalyzed the state of facility agriculture production in the interaction of the two factors. It was found that under certain land conditions, as long as the marginal product was greater than marginal cost, the investment growth to investors inagricultural land would become for the construction and reconstruction of facility agricultural land to a certain degree, which was always complementary measures for agricultural land relocation.(4) According to the degree and direction of different effect factors, the drive type of facility agricultural land was divided into natural-environment drive type and socio-economic drive type. Whether to overcome the harsh environment as the main objective, or to meet the market requirements for the purpose of market-oriented, the principle was to give full play to advantage of the production value through overcoming the most restrictive conditions.(5) Based on the evaluation of factors influencing the facility agricultural land in every region, the facility agricultural land was divided into three main zones: The urban agriculture zone of the eastern coastal, the facility agricultural product concentration zone in central and the poor conditions improvement zone in the west and the north. For different regions, we should fully consider the environmental characteristics of the area before making the facility agricultural land plan. With full respect for the laws of the market conditions, we could guide the rational distribution of facility agricultural land through infrastructure, market optimization and other measures.
