Evaluation Study On Land And Resource Survey Projects

It's necessary to assess the implementation of the project, the quality of work, the acceptance and management of results, the intersecting of data, the use of funds, the application of promoting the results. Because it can improve the monitoring and management of the state to the key projects, ensure that the project results in line with the national macro-control policies, the demand for land and resources management, maximize efficiency of the project results play on the social and economic development role in promoting.The article collects the basic data of the major projects in southwest China, East China through a variety of ways. And applying the index system of land resources survey project evaluation to assess the implementation of the project, the quality of work, the acceptance and management of results, the intersecting of data, the use of funds, the application of promoting the results, that is based on the basic data of the major projects in southwest China, East China, in order to examine the adaptation degree of the results to the national macro-control policies and land resource management needs , and examine the results benefits in economic and social. The article provides a scientific systematic method for the assess of the implementation and the final results of major projects in the southwest region of China and east China, and provides a scientific basis for the supervision and management of the implementation of the land resources projects. The article evaluats "Eleventh Five-Year "planning results of land resources survey, and provides policy advice to better the implementation of similar projects in the future, and enables the project results to better serve social and economic development services to provide protection.The article consists of seven parts. The first part is the introduction. The second part is land resource survey project overview. The third part is land resource survey project evaluation index system. The fourth part is the evaluation results of the project. The fifth part is the analysis of the project management. The sixth part is the policy recommendations. The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect. This article refers to the central economic development sector project performance evaluation form, determines the land resource survey project evaluation index system through the AHP and quantitative method, and assesses the results of the land resource survey project, then analyzes the project management process and puts forward policies and recommendations. This paper focuses on application of the new theory of land resource survey project to establish the index system, in order to provide a scientific system for the assessment of the implementation and the final results of the major projects in Southwest China, East China. The assessment of the land resource survey project includes the assessment of individual projects and the comparative analysis of the project evaluation results. The analysis of the project management process include project and design process, project implementation and monitoring processes and review and submission of the project result process. The policies and recommendations include improving management processes, improving the quality of management and improving the dissemination and application of results.
