Application Pf Project Schedule Management In Human Resource Management System Project

In recent years,with the railway construction scale expands unceasingly,the international and domestic human resources competition,railway traditional personnel management have been unable to meet the demand of modern enterprise human resources management,to improve the personnel training mechanism,promote enterprise's core competitiveness,the leadership of the railway administrations,under the guidance of the unified planning and organization construction of Harbin railway bureau of human resources management information system.In Harbin railway bureau in this paper,combined with the project schedule management theory in the course of the construction of human resource management information system application,this paper expounds the project schedule management process from practice Angle,put forward the project progress plan and implementation schedule control methods,the first study analyzed the WBS,Gantt chart,project milestones,analogy,responsibility allocation matrix estimation method,the critical path method in the application of the system schedule plan;Secondly elaborated "plan-implementation-check-comparative analysis-sure adjustment measures-to plan" in the concrete implementation in the process of the system schedule control;Finally studied and analyzed the project schedule,project schedule control,project resource estimation,deviation analysis,project change control,process optimization,schedule the inspection methods and tools in the application of human resource management information system construction and effect.By studying the project schedule management in Harbin railway bureau of human resource management information system construction in the specific application,including the project schedule plan,project progress control,such as process,deeply feel the combination of theory and practice significance,especially a complete,scientific,accord with the actual situation of project schedule reflects the project managers of the project time,resources and cost of the factors such as ability,and by comparing the project schedule and actual progress to master the current progress of the project,to ensure the project schedule control plays a vital role.Because my study is not enough in-depth,found that there are still unable to effectively solve the problems,such as for cost,schedule and quality still unable to solve the three problems,also need the steady accumulation of project management experience,and how to improve the yield of schedule management is the main content of further research.
