Research On The Effects Of Chinese Child And Youth's Science And Technology Activities In Cultivating Entrepreneurship

The importance of talents is getting increasingly prominent in the Knowledge Economy Age. Under the market economy condition, entrepreneurship has been a core strength and important guarantee to promote the development of enterprises, economy and countries. Whether the Child and Youth undertaking the duty to construct our country can grow into talents with entrepreneurship and provide qualified reserve talents'supplement for constructing Chinese entrepreneur troop has been a critical issue to which our government pays high attention. In this context, Child and Youth's science and technology activities emerge. Whether those activities have an effect on entrepreneurship and play a positive role in it needs a further research.Research of the article contains several phases, like collecting theory materials, designing interview and questionnaire's contents, conducting a practical survey, dealing with feedback, writing thesis.Firstly, the paper introduces research background, research importance, research status at home and abroad, research thought and method, as well as innovative points. Secondly, it summarizes five basic concepts, which consist of entrepreneur, entrepreneurship, Child and Youth, science and technology activity, along with Child and Youth's science and technology activities, and major analytical approaches according to those literatures at home and abroad.Thirdly, it makes a brief presentation on developing condition of Chinese Child and Youth's science and technology activities. In the light of investigation results, the thesis analyzes the actual situation of those science and technology activities and sums up some problems existing in activities.In the forth part, the paper makes a research on Child and Youth's comprehension and cultivating of entrepreneurship by integrating the interpreting of entrepreneurship's basic components and the questionnaires'information.In the fifth section, referring to effective information from interview and questionnaires, it designs the activities'effect evaluation indexes, and emphatically analyzes effects of Child and Youth's science and technology activities in cultivating entrepreneurship by using the Factor Analysis Method after related researches in the third and forth parts,Finally, the thesis proposes some suggestions to consolidate and enhance the positive effects form science and technology activities in entrepreneurship cultivation.By combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the thesis chooses the effects of Chinese China and Youth's sciences and technology activities in cultivating entrepreneurship as the research project, makes an intensive study of them and gives some suggestions in enhancing the positive effects which have a reference value to develop of China and Youth's sciences and technology activities in China and cultivate talents in the nature of entrepreneurship.
