Youth science and technology Talent is the most energetic and creative group in the oil field team.It is the hope for oil field to develop in the future.By studying the incentive problem of youth science and technology Talent,it is beneficial to improving vitality and creativity youth science and technology team,speeding up the youth science and technology talents,promoting the scientific and sustainable development of oil field enterprises,which has important theoretical significance and practical value.The paper defines the connotation of Shengli oilfield youth science and technology talents clearly.By the way of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and informal discussion interview,based on literature data,survey data and materials,the paper analyses the youth science and technology talent incentive situation such as requirements,job satisfaction in Shengli oil field.In different ages,different positions and different plates,youth science and technology talents are different among the incentive effectiveness evaluation,evaluation and incentive demand satisfaction evaluation,the result shows that due to differences in ages,positions and plates,youth science and technology talents of career development,compensation,training,promotion,bear the important task,evaluation and recognition,honor motivation,such as the leadership of the demand which is different,in terms of job satisfaction,different plates,different age,different positions and there exist a certain differences in youth science and technology talents.Youth science and technology talent incentive evaluation of Shengli oilfield has carried on the correlation analysis,and the results show that the youth science and technology talent incentive evaluation and satisfaction have significant positive correlation.The higher the incentive effectiveness evaluation,and the higher the job satisfaction,and vice versa.Youth science and technology talents pay more attention to personal development and promotion.Based on the above empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the measures to further strengthen the young scientific and technological talents.It is mainly including:improve the youth science and technology personnel career development planning,increase the intensity of use,increase youth science and technology talents,enrich youth science and technology talent cultivation measures,create favorable environment for youth science and technology talents,etc.
