Research On Service Oriented Organization Mode Of Large-Scale Construction Project Management

Chinese urbanization has come into an accelerating period. in order to promote economic growth and social development, the central government and local governments invest more and more in the construction engineering field (especially infrastructure construction). The construction project scale and complexity have become increasingly prominent. The majority of large construction projects belong to the government, these play the pivotal role for achieving economic and social sustainable development and urban prosperity. The goals of system determine its organization. organization is the decisive factor for realization of the goals. The management organization of traditional large-scale construction projects exist many problems, its core is the lack of concept of "service" for project benefits and the corresponding organizational structure and management methods.Service has been not only the change of concept. The thought, organization, method and means of SSME have produced revolutionary effects for management way of traditional organization of industries. Building products have the essential characteristics of "production after trading", so the way of organization of the parties involved in engineering construction implementation should be service orientated organization, which is based on project benefits. This is the requirements of building products production objective rule. The present and research results of SSME put forword a new perspective and feasible method on solving project management organization.so, we can use advanced ideas, methods and means of SSME to research project management organization and provide a powerful organization guarantee for Service-oriented construction.Through researching the domestic and foreign literature on construction project organization, the paper brings in the advanced concepts of SSME. The research results included the following aspects:(1) Re-defining the concepts of the service and SSME and introducing the service engineering method system.(2) Analyzing the sevicesation trend of the construction and management process of large construction project; the organizational management problems were summarized and analyzed; the study suggested the parties must establish a service orientated organization mode, which put project cooperated-builing interests as the core.(3) The research provides concept, connotation and characteristics of service orientated organization mode of project management.(4) The match of project management organization system and engineering project system were studied, The relation of the service oriented architecture theory in service engineering method systemto Project management service orientated organization system architecture was studied.(5) According to the different parties'effects in process of project construction and divided involved parties into three kinds. On this basis, the analysis framework of correlations in the project management service system was given. Finally, the service behavior of of all kinds of service system in service orientated organization mode of was analyzed.
