In recent years, the equipment manufacturing got attention and great support in China. All the provinces develop the equipment manufacturing. Thence, under the policy support and encouragement of governments at all levels, many new equipment manufacturing enterprises have been created. Then, what competitive strategy should be taken, to make sure that the traditional advertising agencies, organizational forms of cultural industries in the old model, survive and smoothly transit in the new environment? This problem has become an issue commonly concerned by HJ Corporation as well as various equipment manufacturing enterprises. The paper insists the research ideas from specific to general, from theory to practice and from the empirical to the normative, uses a variety of management and economics analysis and theoretical tools, and analyzes the development situation and the environment, the competitive strategy ideas and measure of HJ Corporation. From these examinations, this paper comes to several important conclusions, which can guide management activities of various equipment manufacturing agencies. The result of this research has a very effective role for promoting the macroeconomic structure optimization and changing the mode of development of equipment manufacturing, and has very important theoretical and practical significance.
