Research On The Progress Plan Management Of The Electric Power Engineering Project

In the process of development of power industry, power engineering project schedule management is an extremely important and decisive part. Time is money, efficiency is life. Project Schedule Management is a dynamic, circular, complex process, but also a significant work. The quality of its implementation, determines not only the stability of electric power enterprise infrastructure, security, but also determines the level of electricity cost of doing business and whether the quality is good. Therefore, in this paper, the progress of power management research project in engineering applications has important significance.It is based on the objectives of the project progress, and draw up the preparation of economic and reasonable schedule. Besides, the power industry could check the implementation of the project by schedule, and if the actual progress of the implementation is inconsistent with the plan, it is timely to analyze the reasons and take the necessary measures on the original schedule for the projects to adjust or amend the process. This paper is based on the primary power enterprises, combined with the actual power engineering construction, in accordance with the framework of the project management body of knowledge, learn from the progress of the project management research and practice, systematic analysis and study of the electrical engineering project management methods, procedures and implementation. This paper bases on the progress of the project management theory, electrical work schedule preparation, electrical engineering schedule control method of the main line, puts forward a set of advanced management plan which is faced to the electric power engineering project schedule management and is according to the power project characteristics, sets up a set of the progress of the management which is according with the fact of the power engineering construction project from the drawing up to the controlling. At last, study the progress of the management approach applied to the actual transmission projects and make an empirical analysis of them. Construction project management has established a set of innovative, practical and systematic management model for the power engineering construction project management. The power of effective management of construction projects has certain reference value and meaning.
