Research On Logistics Distribution Models' Selection Of The Pharmaceutical Retail Chain Enterprise Based On AHP/DEA

Logistics distribution not only largely affect the cost of drug retail chain enterprises,but also affect the normal operating and customer satisfaction.In addition,the pharmaceutical packaging,transportation facilities and the environment of storage will impact the medicinal value and the safety of pharmaceutical.Visible,logistics distribution is very important in the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises operation.So,the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises must select appropriate logistics distribution mode.Because the pharmaceutical logistics distribution has the multiple types of drugs,large chain stores,and the highly requirement of packing and storage conditions,so it demands higher requirements of logistics distribution.At present the development of pharmaceutical retail chain in china is uneven in the aspects of scale,abilities,facilities and management capabilities.It is meaningful to find out a reasonable appropriate method to pick up the most suitable distribution model.First of all,this paper introduces relevant theories about the pharmaceutical retail chain operation,logistics and distribution.Analyzing the role and characteristic of logistics distribution of the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprise.Secondly this paper gave a brief introduction of the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprise's logistic distribution patterns.Especially the paper focuses on the analysis of factors affect pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises logistics selection which including logistics cost factors,logistics quality factors,internal factors and the other factors.We combine the AHP and DEA method and establish a new pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises logistics selection model.It can increase the scientific reliability and practicality which provide a new method for pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises logistics selection model.At last we take Jilin pharmacy as an example to make a practical use of the new method,through an actual analysis and calculation,pick up the most appropriate distribution model.
