Application Of Six Sigma Management Principle Optimization Flow Diagram Of Credit Business Research

Currently Chinese enterprises have been developed and grown in the open environment, and gradually introduced a large number of foreign advanced management experience, including the production, management, operation, control, etc. Particularly, the management experience in the control and management of quality, such as quality inspection, quality control, total quality management and Six Sigma management of this paper, provides a very important management methods and ideas for the quality of management of the enterprise, and has an important influence on improving the growth and efficiency of the management level for Chinese enterprises.In the expanding foreign exchange and learning process, the financial companies learned the advanced management experience of the international financial industry, changed the working methods and management style, and introduced a lot of IT technology to improve the standardization of financial business. The Banking proposed the idea of building the Process Bank, and set the goals to provide the customers with full service and the concept that the process management ideas were applied to the customer service, which provided for the implementation of Six Sigma the foundation and possibility. As a system management, Six Sigma was used in financial firms.In the use of the Six Sigma management on the problems of financial companies, the domestic banking is more often concentrated the method in terms of error rate. But the financial enterprises, especially the traditional banking business are credit business and settlement business. As the primary means, credit services for customers of internal processes are complex, involving many aspects and departments, has a greater impact on customer satisfaction, so the problems in this area should be gradually carried out the research, but the empirical studies are relatively less.Combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, and using of Six Sigma management principles and questionnaire analysis of the complementary method in this paper, analyzed and evaluated the credit business processes of the specialized credit institutions, made the in-depth study on the process efficiency and the key influencing factors. The research has the theoretical and practical significance for the study of process management methods.This article is divided into four chapters:ChapterⅠIntroduction. Describing the significance and the effect on the process optimization by using the Six Sigma management theory.ChapterⅡIntroducing the Six Sigma management theory and reviewing the evolution of Six Sigma management theory. Discussing the basic ideas of enterprise management and methods with the development process of the Six Sigma. Researching the similarities and differences between the Six Sigma management theory and others on the theoretical perspective and the business practices. Deeply understanding how to improve enterprise management level by using the Six Sigma management. Through the research on the implementations of the Six Sigma management theory in China ,making a general analysis on the problems and impacts that encountered by the process of implementation, and tabling the proposals on the management focus.
