In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,people are no longer satisfied with solving the problem of daily food and clothing,and their living standards and consumption structure have changed dramatic ally.As the contemporary people,the pursuit of high-quality life has becom e its basic demand,as the insurance industry can help people solve these w orries,and constantly improve people's quality of life,so it has been widely concerned and recognized by people.Under such circumstances,the compet ition among the insurance industry dominated by marketization will become more and more fierce.The essence of the competition lies in the core comp etition of human resources,which is also the key factor for the survival an d development of insurance enterprises.In human resource management,perf ormance management is a very important link,which can not be replaced.Performance management is an important topic in the operation and manage ment of insurance enterprises.On the one hand,it can enhance the cohesion of employees,form joint forces in enterprises,and then achieve better and faster development of enterprises.On the other hand,it can fully motivate employees Only by mobilizing,can we continuously improve the competitiv eness and comprehensive quality of employees,leave valuable talents for the development of the enterprise's considerable interests,and ensure the long-t erm development of the enterprise.Based on this,this paper takes H insurance company as the research o bject,analyzes the current situation of H insurance company's performance management by means of literature review,case analysis and questionnaire s urvey.At present,there are many problems in H insurance company's perfor mance management,such as: the performance management system is not perfect;the setting of performance evaluation indicators is not scientific;the m anagement and control of performance evaluation process is not paid attentio n to;performance management The implementation process of management i s not perfect;the communication and feedback mechanism of performance management is not perfect.The specific reasons for these problems are: the system and the actual implementation are divorced;the performance apprais al indicators lack of scientific understanding;the real purpose and role of p erformance appraisal are unclear;lack of performance communication,perfor mance management is difficult to implement;lack of clear performance appr aisal reward and punishment measures,etc.According to the idea of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper analyzes the current situation of H insuran ce company,and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions and plans f or specific deficiencies,so as to promote the effective development of H in surance company's performance management.In order to realize the purpose of performance management and ensure the employees and the company of the enterprise,the following measures are put forward: to improve the imp ortance of performance management and strengthen the organizational leaders hip of performance management;to accurately position the importance of pe rformance evaluation and give full play to the role of human resources;to i mprove the salary incentive system and establish a sound performance mana gement system;to strengthen the supervision of performance evaluation and strengthen the construction of performance protection measures We can achie ve long-term development.
