The research on the theory of project management has always been a focus and hot research in the field of management research. In the practice of construction project, the theory has experienced from traditional CM Project Management mode, DBB mode, MC Management Contracting mode, D+B Design-construction integrated mode, BOT mode, EPC/Turn-key mode, Etc. the theory and practice of project management are becoming more and more mature in the area of construction, and the scope of project also becoming comprehensive. But with the expansion of the scale of project, the increasing technology demanded and the efficiency of resource allocation, and more and more cross-regional and cross-sectoral cooperation, the traditional transaction mode has been exposed some problems and unable to meet the performance requirements in information Sharing, risk-sharing, benefits distributing, cost controlling, etc.China is in the period of economic transformation and industrial restructuring, and more and more construction projects are emerging, especially in recent years, The real estate field is rapidly expanding, which on the one hand promotes the development of china's construction market, on the other hand results the problems of vicious competition and inefficient allocation of resources in the construction market. In this case "Competitive Cooperation" model is widely accepted gradually, and the cooperation model of Virtual Enterprise attracts wide attention, and is applied in many fields quickly.The application of Virtual Enterprise in construction project field, which replaces the competition with cooperation, can promote the cooperation of cross-regional and cross-sectoral, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and reduce costs and risks, promote complementarities of resources so as to achieve the "win-win" target. However, there are some less well parts in the application of Virtual Enterprise.This paper analyzes the features of Virtual Enterprise, the features of construction project, the members of Virtual Enterprise of Construction Project, the process of communication and the main content of Virtual Enterprise of Construction Project, etc. On the basis of Game Theory, Cross-cultural Communication Theory, Competition and Cooperation Theory and Asymmetric Information theory, this paper summarizes some main factors which affect the communication of virtual enterprise of construction project. They are asymmetric information, cultural differences, imperfect communication channels, unreasonable communication, and inconsistent objective. On the basis of some principles, this paper establishes cultural cooperation mechanism, information sharing mechanism (Office Automation), formulate communication plans, etc. All of these mechanisms make up an effective communication mechanism, and this mechanism guarantees the smooth of Virtual Enterprise of Construction Project and the achievement of objects. Quantitative and predicting the possible conflicts in Virtual Enterprise of Construction Project by AHP and Fuzzy Math are effective. Finally, this paper analyzes the typical case of Qingdao Cross-sea Bridge, and verifies the effectiveness of the communication mechanism.I hope the problems that be solved and the method of this paper can provide some help to control the barriers of communication in construction project, effectively improve the operation of Virtual Enterprise and achieve a "win-win" between the various participants.
