These three communications services providers are basically by former state-owned enterprise restructuring, split or restructuring out, in operation system, operation standard etc has many problems. Enterprise because vulgar management and caused a lot of waste of resources very popular, it is caused by high on business operation cost, on the other hand the user satisfaction always wandering in a low level. China's entry into the WTO, communications market will gradually opened up to the world, foreign communications enterprise would never give up China this huge communication market, by that time the Chinese telecommunication enterprise will face more brutal competition and challenges.
