After the disintegration of former Soviet Union new geopolitics appeared in Central Asia, find abundant energy resources even meanwhile, it is the third largest petroleum storing up area of world second only to Middle East and Siberia, become The United States and Russia target that alien force contend for. Meanwhile development of economy energy consumption in China grows faster and faster. Therefore, Central Asia energy will be the main outside energy source in addition to Middle East of China. China is adjacent to Central Asia, there is advantage of launching energy cooperation on the geographical reason, keep the good relation with various countries of Central Asia in political diplomacy.China launches the energy cooperation with Central Asia, it is safe to be not merely favorable to the Chinese energy, promote the development of western regions, and help to further promote the development of China and relations of various countries of Central Asia.The Paper is divided into six parts, a systematic study of China and Central Asia energy cooperation. The First Part is an introduction to the topic of background of Energy Cooperation between China and Central Asia, focusing on the significance of the Energy Cooperation between them, current research situation at home and abroad. The Second Part is an overview analyzes of the current situation of energy cooperation between Central Asia and China. The Third Part is analysis the feasibility of energy cooperation between China and central Asia. The fourth part is the status quo of energy cooperation between China and Central Asia. The Fifth Part examines the prospects of the energy cooperation between China and Central Asia, and also puts forward strategies for it.The last part of the paper is the conclusion, in which a basic conclusion is made so we can see the broad prospects of energy cooperation between China and Central Asia.
