Research On Energy Cooperation Between Central Asia And China

The importance of energy in our lives is beyond doubt.The development of human society to the present,energy can be said that the second layer of human blood.Over the past decade or so,the world has changed rapidly,the scale is large,the level is deep,the influence is deep,the world order and pattern are increasingly complicated and diverse,and it is an indisputable fact.In today's world,energy is a problem that countries can't avoid,and the world's energy development is facing three major challenges: energy stress,environmental pollution and climate change.At the same time,it has had a profound impact on the world pattern and international geopolitics,and the impact continues.Central Asia's oil,natural gas,coal,water,wind energy,solar energy is very rich,has become the world's energy base.Central Asia has always been the focus of the world's big game,and the region's rich energy reserves,such as oil,especially natural gas,is a great attraction to the various major powers to become the core of global energy politics.At the same time,the Central Asian countries will not only develop energy as a pillar of economic development,but also think that energy can become a reliable basis for maintaining independence and security,is an important guarantee for the development of relations between major powers.Whether the rational and effective use of their own energy resources,is directly related to the survival and development of the country.But energy development and utilization in Central Asia is also facing a range of problems,such as the value of exploit and use is low,the quick success in the energy development caused the natural environment of the region has been severely damaged,there is often a contradiction between supply and demand of energy between countries,lacking of financial resources and technical support.China,the world's second largest economy and the world's oil consumer,has become the main driver of the global energy market.China's domestic resources are far from meeting the needs of national economic development and consumption.Energy is becoming a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of China's economy and posing serious obstacles to China's economic development and even national security.Since the reform and opening up,China has actively carried out world energy cooperation,expanded international energy trade,promoted foreign investment and transnational energy company development,and actively participated in the world energy strategy dialogue,and achieved remarkable results.It is "going out" strategy for China's development provides "blood support",making China's energy security has been protected.When China encourages energy companies to develop overseas energy market,carrying out strategic complementary energy cooperation with China has also become a reality in Central Asian countries.Into this century,the exchange and cooperation between Central Asia and China has entered a new level.China has proposed a win-win cooperation,the establishment of regional cooperation community,and always adhere to deepen the friendly cooperation mechanism.And insist on establishing a community of interests with the five Central Asian countries,resolving conflicts,enhancing mutual trust and achieving peace and stability in the region.In 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping ruled the grand initiative to build the economic belt of the Silk Road.More than three years,the countries adhere to the Silk Road along actively respond to participation,the Eurasian continent common development usher in a major opportunity.Central Asian countries maintain "first step,take the lead" momentum in cooperation with China,as the Silk Road economic zone from China to the west of the first stop.Central Asian countries hope to take the China Economic Development Express,for the development of regional economy and improve people's livelihood for external assistance.Tajikistan,Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan has signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with China to build the Silk Road Economic Zone.Kazakhstan's "bright road",Tajikistan's "energy and transport food" and Turkmenistan's "strong and happy times" and other development strategies and the Silk Road economic belt construction is highly fit,which for create a rare opportunity Central Asia and China's energy cooperation.This study first analyzes the energy situation in the world,Central Asia and China,and then describes the current situation and mechanism of energy cooperation between Central Asia and China,expounds the challenges and opportunities of future energy cooperation and puts forward corresponding suggestions.First is a review of the status quo at home and abroad.The first chapter introduces the development trend of world energy,points out that energy game and cooperation coexist,and then summarizes the energy situation of Central Asia and China,and then introduce
