Along with the State grid corporation of China (hereinafter referred to as SGCC) informatization, the SGCC system information enterprise facing increasing fierce competition in the market, because of the influence of long-term exposure to planned economy, enterprise exposed many not the disadvantages of changing market environment.This article core argument is: A enterprise enters SGCC informatization management scale and market two years, project is rapid and outspread, existing market positioning already cannot satisfy enterprise development needs. How to adjust the enterprise market positioning; How in hotting up the informatization of SGCC market competition, comprehensive analysis enterprise management, adjust enterprise business center of gravity; How to make use of their own advantages to circumvent weaknesses, reduce the positive competition with rivals, thus achieved the expand their market share, and the purpose of the occupation of the market. For A enterprise market positioning scheme has reference and guiding significance to adjust.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the research topic.
