With the development of economy in China,the hotel industry has got good opportunities never happened before.Lots of hotels realise that the quality of service is decided by the quality of employees.Many studies at home and abroad indicate that the impact of orgnization communication has become an important factor which affects employee satisfaction.The increase of orgnization communication satisfaction not only can make employee satisfaction increase,but also improve orgnizational performance, orgnizational commitment.and the productivity of enterprise.On the base of literature review,the writer works out the questionnaire of hotel orgnization commnication satisfaction and conducts an empirical study by extrcting 300 employee in four and five star hotels.The study uses principal component analysis and maximum variance cross rotation with statistical software spss 16.0 to concentrate the 34 questionsAt last the study extracts six common factors.The study shows that hotel orgnization communication satisfation is made of six dimensions which are organizational operation,information transmission,horizontal communication,quality of media, individual feedback,commnunication atmosphere.Among many fators affcting communication satisfaction,this study focous on three aspects:individual factors(sex,position,educational background,ages,length of woking in the hotel,length of service),manager fators(sex,ages,postion,management commnication style),orgnization factors(the character of erterprise).The results show that other factors have no obvious impact on commnunication satisfaction except that mangement communication style has obvious impact on commnication satisfaction.The commnication satisfaction on high-star hotels in Qingdao is generally satisfactory.The satisfaction on direct bosses is higher than that on high-level managers and general communication satisfaction.Based on the results,the study makes many suggestions on how to improve employee's cmmunication satisfaction in high star hotels.
