DH as a private foreign three-star hotel, after ten years of development,which has captured the advanceed opportunities in the industry and occupied an important position, is now in rapid development. However, because the hotel was busy with the business expansion and failed to pay enough attention to the incentive management to the middle managers, and along with the organizational structure and workforce changing composition, the hotel must face to pattern of human resource management and have been repeatedly broken, leading to human resource issues piled up, more and more contradictions. The multiple identities of middle managers is an important corporate management team level is the enterprise to make profits, realization of social values, social responsibility of the promoters and practitioners. The acceleration of economic globalization, increased competition, lack of personnel and other food situation, the importance of improving the satisfaction of middle managers, the use of incentive strategies to enhance their loyalty, attract, retain management talent and foster their core competitive advantages, to achieve social benefits and economic benefits of organic unity, and the pursuit of their long-term, sustained, stable and coordinated development of hotel industry is an urgent problem. It also become the focus of the hotel's most senior executives.This paper describes the DH incentive hotel middle managers, analyzed the terms of middle managers incentive problems, combined with two-factor theory, demand theory, equity theory and other theories, to explore the root causes of these problems arising, and according to the actual situation of the hotel, DH proposed system, the hotel middle managers to build strategic incentive management system proposal. DH middle managers from the hotel problems incentive mechanism analysis can let us in on the DH hotels in the development of the industry's status of residence have a deep understanding. Catering business in the national competition, DH hotels face many severe challenges. DH hotels can continue to affect the development and growth of three factors: light weight management middle management incentive problems, the brain drain problem and salary management scientific issues.According to DH status of hotel middle managers, the incentive, on the cause of the problem through the full range of analysis, and middle-level managers of the hotel with the DH-depth interviews to the characteristics of middle managers DH hotel as a starting point, its needs are summarized as four types, in reference to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the hotel management in turn advanced concepts, skills and methods into the hotel in the DH, DH hotel middle managers eventually clear incentive program should pay incentives, training and promotion, career planning, communication, motivation, incentives and other aspects of the environment as an entry point, a targeted implementation of incentive strategies.This significance is, learn and absorb modern hotel management theory, based on the DH by the hotel management incentive analysis, research, the hotel designed for individual needs and characteristics of middle managers, the incentive strategy to maximize their middle managers enthusiasm for work, work creatively to achieve business and strategic planning layout of work, which led companies to create the maximum profit, which for the rapidly growing private catering business with a universal reference.
