With the rapid development of the economy and the introduction of policies such as purchase restriction and loan restriction by local governments,the development of the real estate industry has been subject to many restrictions and gradually slowed down.Human resources not only determine and affect the development of the enterprise,but also closely related to the core competitiveness of the enterprise.As a bridge between the high-level and grass-roots level of the enterprise,the level of middle managers' comprehensive ability to a certain extent determines the development of the enterprise.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably understand the needs of middle managers and formulate appropriate incentive measures according to their needs plays a crucial role in the development of enterprises.Taking SL real estate company as the research object,this paper mainly studies the problems existing in the incentive of middle managers.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of incentive theory at home and abroad,and further introduces the relevant concepts of incentive theory.Secondly,through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,the current situation of human resource management in SL real estate company and the current incentive system of middle managers were studied in depth,and the problems and demands encountered in the incentive process of middle managers were analyzed.Again,through the literature research,investigation method,interview method,combined with domestic and foreign relevant incentive theory and the law of development of real estate industry,SL real estate company middle managers incentive measures are put forward to improve and perfect methods: better to improve the system of compensation and benefits,performance evaluation and optimization scheme,establishing diversified promotion channels,such as weakening system of centralised management incentive scheme.Finally,through the implementation of safeguard measures,a set of scientific and reasonable incentive system matching the development of real estate enterprises has been formed to solve the problems encountered by SL real estate company in the incentive process of middle managers and to mobilize their work enthusiasm to the greatest extent.The research of this paper can not only make the enterprise develop healthily,but also give play to the advantage of its core competitiveness,and provide reference for the development of the whole real estate industry.
