Research On The Environmental Performance Of Regional Eco-supply Chain

In the 21st century, global economic competition is more and more fierce. It can be predicted that competition among enterprises is just the supply chain's competition in the future. Nowadays, the shortage of resource and the pollution of environmental are getting worse. How to face the strict environmental protect system, how to make of high returns, how to make a harmonious development beside environmental protect and supply chain, are becoming the essential and key factors to the success. The regional eco-supply chain contains enterprise, government and individuals and its activities have influenced the environment directly and indirectly. Through the evaluation of regional eco-supply chain impact on the environment, can not find the bottleneck impact the regional eco-supply chain, but also offer the beneficial suggestion for how implement the regional eco-supply chain.Firstly, on the base of the background and research reviewed about the regional eco-supply chain, the thesis has given the concept, content, and related theory of the regional eco-supply chain. Secondly, analyses the similarities and differences between the regional eco-supply chain and traditional supply chain, set up a suit of evaluation index system on the environmental performance of Regional Eco-Supply Chain. And then, it have put forward comprehensive evaluation model, which based on the triangular fuzzy function, AHP, Delphi and the benchmarking. This model is not only more systemic, but also can evaluate the regional eco-supply chain Impact on the environment in whole. It can find the aspect, which need improve. Finally, this paper provides the real example that proves this feasibility of this evaluation system.
