With fast development towards globalization recent years, Chinese enterprises are being deeply integrated into global competition. Although lots of leaders of Chinese manufacturing enterprises have started their globalization process, it seems that most of them have not yet built a decision-making system on Foreign Market Entry Mode. Especially with a result of the Crisis from 2008, the Western become more sensitive with the Chinese manufacturing companies from denying the Chinese products from international trading with a "trade protectionism" trend. As a result, the selection and adjustments of foreign market entry becomes a key issue in their globalization process during the new era.China's foreign exchange reserves rose 24.4% year-on-year to $3.044 trillion by the end of March 2011, cementing even further its position as the world's largest holder of foreign exchange reserves. As a result of which, investing mode of foreign market entry, other than the trading mode and the contracting mode, becomes an important and beneficial opportunity for Chinese companies to strengthen their global marketing strategy in a merger & acquisition way.Upon the survey of the globalization of East Purple Copper Relievo Co., Ltd., this paper shows different ways of combination models of foreign market entry modes, together with the "Smiling Curve" theory, overseas marketing strategy and international risk control systems, hopefully to be of any reference to the new challenges facing the Chinese companies "Going abroad".
