After China joins WTO, from 2005 comprehensive opening finance insurance market, the foreign capital Insurance company enters our country market, the limit which the foreign capital Insurance company receives reduces gradually. One batch of foreign life insurance company with COFCO, China Minmetals Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Haier and so on large-scale State-owned business cooperation, Joint venture's form enters our country insurance market. The foreign capital share-holding the China Insurance Company has introduced the advanced management pattern form, simultaneously also intensified the domestic life insurance market competition. Under the situation of limiting foreign capital share-holding proportion, how to enhance the life insurance company's market competitiveness largely, has become the important topic which the domestic Insurance company can not but consider. This article base on the regional development marketing practice which implements by the Pacific Ocean Life Insurance Beijing Subsidiary Company is a study no the regional development marketing pattern in the insurance marketing's feasibility and the validity, and practices two aspects from the theory to perform the analytical study. This research regarding the promotion domestic life insurance company's core competitiveness, enhances our country life insurance industry safe depth, causes to insure the economy to be also good and also quick the steady progression the social stabler, has the reality guiding sense.
