Since the 1980s,coordinated the tide of world scientific and technological revolution,and the tide of industrial upgrades and structure adjustment,the focus of competition among the countries and regions are turning to the high-tech industry increasingly.The success of Silicon Valley,make people realize that the high-tech industry cluster had already become the effective way for a city to stride into the high-tech industry competition.The high-tech industry cluster is becoming the most energetic part in the urban economic development;the research of the relation between high-tech industry cluster and urban competitiveness becomes the hotspot of theoretical research too.Research of this dissertation is seeking urban economic competition advantage from high-tech industry cluster,which is the advanced form of industry development,in order to offer basis the urban industrial structure adjustment and upgrades,and make references for the government making urban economic development plan and development policies of high-tech industry.This dissertation took the high-tech industry cluster of urban economic development as the target,set about studying the influencing relations between high-tech industry cluster and urban economy from the competition advantage of the high-tech industry cluster;use elastic analysis and sudden change progression method to set up Elastic Analysis Model of High-tech Industry Cluster Competitiveness to Urban Competitiveness, quantitively study the influencing degree;analyze the various kinds of factors that influences elasticity further;at last, prove to the model tentatively through positive research of Zhongguancun High-tech Industry Cluster.So,the research of this dissertation has certain theoretic meaning and applied value. Through the research of this dissertation, the main conclusion drawn includes:the mechan-ism of high-tech industry cluster promoting the urban competitiveness;sudden change progression method in the research of this area is replicable;factors influencing the elasticityof high-tech industry cluster competitiveness to urban competitiveness are mainly are the size and structure of the high-tech industrial clusters,the economic strength of city competitiveness, industrial competitiveness, cultural environment, policies and systems-oriented of the Urban Competitiveness,and so forth.
