Study On The Agricultural Technology Extension System Of Binzhou City In Shandong Province

Science and technology is the key to develop agricultural economy and increase their income. Agricultural extension system is a bridge to combinate technology and economic, it is also an important carrier to implement the strategy of developing agriculture through science and education. It is an important guarantee to establish a stable agricultural extension system, especially the grassroots agricultural extension system for the agricultural economy. It is also the objective requirements of rural reform, development and stability.The agricultural extension system in China was established in the context of the planned economy, and it is difficult to adapt to farmers diversified technology requirements in market economy. As the market economy develops, the drawbacks of agricultural technology extension system is gradually emerging, restricted the application of agricultural technology.In this paper, Binzhou, as the focus on the object, analyze extension system situation of the city and to explore a new mechanism for agricultural extension system to speed up the process of agricultural extension in Binzhou city, and enhance agricultural competitiveness.This paper is divided into five parts. First is the introduction, introduces the research background, research progress, contents, methods and so on. Secondly, define the relevant concepts of agricultural technology extension system, and discusses the agricultural technology innovation diffusion theory, theory of behavioral change peasants, agricultural pedal theory and other theories, to provide the theoretical basis for this thesis research. Again, on the basis of investigation and research, this paper described agricultural technology extension agencies composition, structure, workers, the use of funds, development situation, the farmers'evaluation and other aspects of agricultural extension model in detail. Then, reveals the development of agricultural extension system problems and constraints. Finally, in order to solve the problem, from agricultural technology itself, agricultural extension funding, extension mode, the operating and safeguard mechanism ,the farmers themselves, policy and legal environment to put forward countermeasures and suggestions, to speed up the agricultural extension system'construction and development process in Binzhou city, and to develop the agricultural economy rapidly and healthily.
