Based on the human resources plan theory, the thesis deeply analyses and studies the issue of how to achieve the human resources strategic planning aim. Using the method of combination of theoretical analysis and empirical study, the specific analysis and positive analysis are done from human resource structure, environment, demand and supply forecast, planning, evaluation and feedback. The key content and the important conclusion were represented as following:Firstly, reviewed the theory of human resource planning and explained its importance in the human resource management, through the course of development of human resource planning and related concepts, content, process and method of exposition. It is the brunt of the entire human resources management issues, provides guidance and protection for the whole process and plays a crucial role of company overall business strategy formulation and implementation.Secondly, taking the HZ company as research object, this paper introduced its basic background information and development strategy. Then a survey of the company's human resource was made under the guidance of strategic human resource management theory. To develop the company's human resource plan position, objectives and its human resource strategy.Thirdly, the method of the study is mainly united practice with theory, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. In this section predicts the demand and supply of human resources in the future, analyzes the integrated balance instance. Then, based on the team of talents, the paper designs human resource planning, including managerial & administrative personnel team, technical personnel team, marketing personnel team, skilled personnel team and core staff team.Fourthly, the paper presents the support strategy system of HZ company's human resource plan. By building management system and improving management functions, strengthening human resources management and refining the concept of human resources, HZ company also made several key measures. The implementation of career development to commence at different levels,and translates corporate goals into individual, team and departmental goals. Differentiated management strategy is classified according to different requirements, puts forward some strategic measures for selecting talent, employing talent and keeping talent. Staff tapped strategy emphasizes the reeducation, performance evaluation, work adjustment and the development of relationships. Construction of HZ company's the personnel echelon in the key positions, which is focus on the training for specialized technical personnel, executive officer and internationalized talents, this Strategy emphasized on the talent introduction, training, evaluation, incentives and the A-B program. Senior Staff caring have three major projects: family care, health care and life care, and red carpet training program is targeted at university graduated. Finally, this paper presents assessment and adjustment system of the HZ company's human resource planning, including the index analysis, the specific methods of assessment and adjustment.
