SN company was founded in the late 80 s of last century.After nearly 30 years of development,it has grown into circulation of agricultural products as its main business,the business covers 78 cities,has more than 230 chain market(shop)of the large modern commodity circulation enterprise group.With the increasingly fierce competition,SN company constantly adjusts the strategy of enterprise development,and determines the strategic positioning of the technology transformation.In order to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise,a set of human resource planning system should be established.In accordance with the human resource planning which conforms to the technology transformation strategy of SN company,this paper has confirmed the research framework by referring to relevant domestic and foreign research literatures and laying a solid foundation for the research.In this paper,through the interview method,questionnaire survey and so on the method of combining to obtain data of SN company,to develop human resources,demand analysis,prediction,and conform to the enterprise on the basis of the actual situation of human resource planning system design.In this paper,the study found that SN company's current human resources management cannot very good support the enterprises realize the strategic target for transformation of science and technology,the problems mainly include the hillock matching degree is not high,performance appraisal effect is not obvious improvement,training,compensation system,to improve quality and other aspects.According to the above problem,this paper focus on SN company human resource planning scheme for the design,including organizational structure,post allocation planning,recruitment,training,planning,compensation plan and the six links of career planning.In order to ensure the effective human resource planning,the article also from establish a “people-oriented” talent management mechanism,increase diversity training function,incentive mechanism and parallel elimination mechanism,the evaluation of human resource planning,supervision,feedback and correction in four aspects,such as security measures.We hope that the research of this paper can effectively help SN company to establish the human resource planning to support the technology transformation strategy of enterprises.At the same time,we hope that the human resource planning and design in this paper can provide reference for the improvement of human resources of traditional commodity circulation enterprises that are challenged and impacted by the emerging Internet sales enterprises.
