Human resources planning is one of the basic modules of human resources management,but also need to predict the future organizational environment and organizational tasks.Human resource planner is an indispensable part of enterprise strategic planning,and it is also the root of enterprise human resource management.In today's world,the advantages and disadvantages of human resources have become the core competitiveness of enterprises,the level of human resources management is an important factor affecting the development of enterprises.Today,human resources management has risen from the technical level to the strategic level of the enterprise.Then a new human resource management theory-shrm strategic human resource management is introduced.That is,whether the human resources planning and enterprise development strategy match,will become an important consideration for enterprises to achieve the development strategic objectives.Nowadays,under the pressure of increasingly fierce market competition,every manager's nerves tend to tighten,son enterprise development process is often led by many challenges,managers need to be more accurate prediction planning from all levels,know the direction of enterprise development,and the basis of all this planning and management is human resources planning.Therefore,whether we can accurately grasp the concept of human resources management and human resources strategy,will become the core factor of the steady development of modern enterprises.Effective human resources planning is one of the most important standards of human resources management in modern enterprises.the analysis of jobs and the rational allocation of human resources will have a positive and beneficial impact on the steady implementation of human resources management and enterprise strategy,and these will promote the stable development of enterprises.Excellent human resource manager,his main job is through forecasting and planning,better to tap the potential of human resources,reduce the cost of human resources,guide and motivate employees to work,so that employees more active to play out the work of initiative,enthusiasm and innovation,so as to further improve organizational efficiency,and ultimately to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.And our country's human resources planning is still in the initial stage,in practice is almost simple equivalent to personnel forecasting,recruitment plans and training programs and other isolated behavior,and enterprise development Korea slightly has not yet formed an organic whole,strategic human resources planning in the enterprise is difficult to truly reflect the value.Sy company as an example,this is a limited liability company natural person investment or holding,comprehensive secondary qualification construction enterprises,after the rapid development of the company's business start,the existing human structure and configuration,has gradually failed to meet the needs of the company's sustainable development,some drawbacks are gradually exposed,causing a lot of losses to the enterprise.Mainly reflected in the management level and management team construction can not keep up with the speed of development of enterprises,leading to sometimes management negligence and loopholes,and the lack of regulatory mechanisms will even lead to a series of violations.These negative effects,in turn,began to limit the company's further development,just like planting a time bomb.Therefore,we must optimize and adjust the human resource structure of the company,so that the foundation of enterprise development becomes stable.Based on the analysis of the company's development strategy,using reasonable strategic analysis method,according to the sy company's human resources situation and the company's human resources management and planning needs,the use of information management system,the sy company's human resources planning system construction plan,and the implementation of the plan and the results of the evaluation to take effective methods to collect control.Hope to provide a new reference for the same type of enterprises to solve similar problems.And take this to show that talent competition in the contemporary has become the core theme of enterprise competition,the importance of strategic human resources planning is becoming increasingly prominent,and change the traditional thinking,the human planning really rose to a strategic height,and really operable and practical,so that it serves the realization of enterprise strategic development,which is also an urgent problem facing each enterprise.
