Analysis On The Time And Space Difference About Tourism Employment Effects In Under-Developed Area

The problem on tourism employment is not only the main content of tourism research, but also the hot of current research. Based on the clear area feature and difference on tourism employment, this paper aims at Guangxi which is the under-developed area as research object to discuss the time and space feature of tourism employment in Guangxi and the dynamical system of employment increase.The Paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter one describes the research background and significance, discusses the basic ideas, methods and main content, and specifies the research progress in tourism employment.Chapter two defines the concept of tourism employment, points out the scope and level of research on tourism employment, and analyses the main evaluation indicators on tourism employment effects.Chapter three analyses the characteristics such size, industrial structure, employment flexibility and employment combined effect in Guangxi according to three levels of tourism employment range from the time dimension.Chapter four, from space dimension, comprehensively evaluates the regional development of tourism employment in Guangxi, identifies the employment level and employment effects of regional tourism employment by taking city of Guangxi as research unit, adopting multiple indicators, and horizontal and vertical contrast.Chapter five, by building the structure model of dynamical system on tourism employment increase, with Granger-causality test, the analysis result on tourism employment increase model and its influence factor in Guangxi, is that the tourism employment increase model in Guangxi is investment-driven model.
