Research On The Tourism Economic Effects Of The Chinese Section Of The "Silk Road Economic Belt"

Tourism is a comprehensive service industry with strong correlation effects and driving effects.The development of the "Silk Road" tourism has brought huge economic benefits to the areas along the line in China,which is of great significance for promoting economic and social development.This paper takes the Chinese section of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" as the research area and selects the relevant statistical data from 2007 to 2017.This paper uses unit root test,cointegration analysis and Granger causality test to analyze the relationship between tourism and economic growth.It analyzes the influence of tourism economy on regional economic development by constructing economic influence index.And the correlation between tourism and the three industries and related industrial sectors was analyzed by means of grey correlation analysis and elastic analysis.The article analyzes the changes of tourism economic effects and their spatial differences in various provinces and regions over the past 10 years.And puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions on the development of tourism in various provinces,the improvement of tourism economic effects,and the development of tourism cooperation between provinces.Research indicates:(1)The increase in total tourism revenue and the growth of regional GDP in each province are Granger causality.(2)ln the past 10 years,the tourism economic impact index of the region has shown an upward trend,which can be roughly divided into three stages:fluctuation period,rapid rise and high speed rise.This shows that the influence and promotion of the tourism economy on the national economy has gradually increased.(3)There is a difference in the economic impact of tourism between provinces,and the difference is first reduced and then increased.The tourism economic impact index of the southwestern provinces is higher than that of the northwestern provinces,while the tourism economic impact index between the northwestern provinces is more different and the fluctuation range is larger.(4)The tourism industry in the provinces has the greatest correlation with the tertiary industry and has the largest contribution to its growth,followed by the secondary industry and the primary industry.The contribution of tourism in the northwest region to the primary industry is significantly greater than in the southwest.(5)Tourism is the most relevant to the financial industry and contributes the most to its growth,followed by the real estate industry,accommodation and catering,other services,wholesale and retail,transportation,warehousing and postal services.(6)The development of tourism in the southwest region is more important to the various sectors of the tertiary industry than in the northwest.To this end,this paper proposes to strengthen the integration of tourism resources in the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and create a competitive tourism brand.And improve the internal and external tourism transportation network,and open the tourism line across provinces and regions.Build a win-win competition mechanism for large regions to strengthen the weak and promote common development.Last but not least,improve the tourism infrastructure and service facilities along the "Silk Road Economic Belt".
