Sweater industry as a sub-class apparel industry is facing a severe test. As consumer demand for stylish, individual development, an urgent demand to adjust the industrial structure. In the domestic market development and transformation environment, sweater industry will also face a brutal "shuffle", there is no brand, innovation and market advantages of the brand will be "clean", in order to survive in the clean-up, sweater enterprises are trying to find a way out.From the whole sweater market situation, more and more varieties of styles, designs intensified, but most of the branded products are still unable to escape the homogenization phenomenon. Therefore, enterprises in order to achieve the plight of a breakthrough, we must first solve the positioning of the development of ideas and products.Pluralistic concept based on consumer spending, as well as sweaters branded products a single, obvious issues such as serialization, TS brand switching ideas, new product development, an extension to the woven products, increase product categories, while the new product into the to by the product line, optimizing product mix, enhance brand image. This product development relies on the original brand and channels for enterprise development, expansion of product markets has laid a good foundation.In this paper, Tongxiang sweater industry as the background to TS brand new product development projects, for example, product-based combinatorial optimization theory, in-depth study of new product development and its product mix between the methods and techniques. On the one hand, by adjusting the raw material, color, price, style and other factors to seek the optimal combination between the existing products. On the other hand, by product and product mix of the differences between the different quality between products to find the most optimal combination. In this paper, a large number of new product development and design practices of enterprises, product optimization, brand promotion of enterprise development is the fundamental way out.
