In recent years,Biopharmaceutical technology is increasingly perfect,the production cycle is shrinking.In this situation,how to fast and effective introduction of new products is the key factor for enterprises to occupy the market.China's bio pharmaceutical industry started late,with the encouragement and support of national policy,to catch up with the pace of developed countries is faster,but there is still a certain gap with foreign advanced technology.The outstanding problem of restricting the rapid development of China's bio pharmaceutical industry is the development of new products is weak,mainly in R & D technology is weak,team quality is not high,the equipment is backward,etc.Integrated product development(IPD)from the United States PRTM company,focus on the market management,process reengineering and product restructuring.Based on the biological pharmaceutical industry as the research background,new product development as the research object,integrated product development(IPD)as the theoretical basis.this paper builds A company's new product development process based on the IPD model and makes the following discussion combined with the actual situation of enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and development prospect of Chinese bio-pharmaceutical industry,and then clarify for IPD research status at home and abroad by means of literature review.Secondly,this paper introduces the IPD mode of related theory,including the background,definition and core thought and conditions of support,and it is concluded several optimization ways based on the IPD.After analyzing the present situation of A company,it obtains several existing problems existing in the development process of A company,and made A specific analysis for each problem.Suggest implementing IPD model in A company,from the concept,organization structure and continuous improvement in three aspects of the feasibility of the implementation of IPD A company to do the relevant research,and positive results.Advanced ideas based on the pattern of the IPD and A company's existing resources to put forward some Suggestions for optimization of A company.This paper hope that the method that we provided through the study of A biological pharmaceutical company's new product development process can provide the reference.for other companies in industry.
