In recent years,the medical and health service industry,as an important development area of China's strategic emerging industries,is an important part of China's social development and an important pillar of the national economy.Jilin province has been a major province in promoting the development of China's medical and health service industry.It has established a relatively complete pharmaceutical industry system and created a wide variety of pharmaceutical retail formats in the market.With the aggravation of the aging of China's population,the proportion of the population over 65 years old in the total population of China is increasing.The market for the use of drugs for the elderly and chronic diseases is growing rapidly.In addition to the improvement of national income and the enhancement of people's health awareness,the rigid demand for medicine has been promoted.YS chain pharmaceutical co.LTD.As a representative of jilin province pharmaceutical retail enterprises,for the revitalization of northeast old industrial base and the development of medicine health industry of jilin province plays the role of nots allow to ignore,to compete in the complex and changeful market environment for the survival and development,enterprise how to position,adopt what kind of competitive strategy,in what way faster developing medicine retail market,and further improve in the medicine retail market share become YS chain pharmaceutical co.LTD.Current key issues we are facing.This article through to YS chain pharmaceutical co.LTD.The analysis of the operating conditions,first of all,using PEST framework analyzing enterprise's political law,economy,technology,social culture and the macro environment,using the potter five models to analyze industry competition environment,at the same time with the help of a value chain model to evaluate the internal environment of the enterprise.The main activities and supporting activities of the enterprise are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are obtained.SWOT analysis matrix is used to summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of YS,and then the strategic situation of YS chain pharmaceutical is analyzed,and the preliminary conception of competitive strategy is put forward.Secondly,in combination with the positioning of YS chain pharmaceutical co.LTD 's competitive strategy,five major areas for YS to establish competitive advantages are proposed: pharmaceutical retail brand field,marketing channel field,chain pharmacy specialty service field,information technology field and licensed pharmacist service field.Finally,it is concluded that YS chain pharmaceutical co.LTD should implement the strategy of differentiated competition to effectively distinguish itself from other pharmaceutical retail competitors in the market.Finally,put forward the implementation strategy of differentiated competition strategy including diversified operation strategy,store operation strategy and membership management strategy.At the same time,relevant safeguard measures are formulated: human resources guarantee,capital guarantee,franchisee culture guarantee and system construction guarantee to ensure the effective implementation of differentiated competitive strategy.
